    Huseman electric failed to complete what they were paid for, damaged property, were dishonest with what they installed vs. what was quoted, have no attention to detail, did not pass code for inspection, very poor quality of workmanship, poor communication from owner along with many other dissatisfactions. ***** Huseman (owner) stated he would rather walk away from it and now will not return any communications in regards to any of this.     I am rejecting this response because: Once Huseman electric takes care of what I paid them for it will be a done deal and not until then. Why was the damage to the completed trimmed out walls not mentioned as that is going to be over $2,000 to fix and a huge mess. I've also spent well over 50 hours cleaning up after your company, fixing issues and also moving cans/outlets for free to where they should have been (I actually used a tape measure and can read one) so I could keep the project moving as it shouldnt take 3 months to do a week long wiring job. You state I'm too picky and first of all it's my $600,000 home so yes everything should be in the correct location and being 8 inches off center on a 7 foot wall is extremely excessive and not even close to being centered so I wouldn't consider that being too picky but rather someone who takes pride in the final product. The rough in is not completed and yes the well pump was on the wall and you failed to run wires to it, you did not rough in doorbell transformers and you ran away from the job as you refused to take care of the issues at hand and sent me a text that you'd rather walk away.As for some sort of threatening communications, I have never made any threats however I have made several promises that I always keep. If you were a reputable business owner you would answer calls, return calls, respond to texts and respond to emails. I had to hire another electrician per your request to fix and finish the job I already paid Huseman electric for which is costing several thousands more so do the math and you'll clearly see who owes who. I'm not sure why you feel the need to lie about the other issues on the list as fan/lights were to be separate switches and not stacked as that was never discussed, you say you mislabeled but refuse to go to the jobsite to correct this rather than me paying an electrician to home the wires to find out what is what, trim out begins after walls are up and painted which walls are not even started yet as you delayed the project with all of the mistakes and refusal to fix. I clearly paid for the work and paid in advance of the work being completed so you could spend it on vacation and then you steal my money and refuse to complete what you were paid for including the bath fans (4 x $200 plus labor to take down wrong ones and install correct ones so there goes another $1,200+). I also paid you the day after you ran the CAT6 so I pay invoices immediately once work has commenced which these are still short and again your tape measure must be off by a few feet so I am taking care of this as well even though you have already been paid. You stated that per code you did not have to complete what the inspector said had to be done and I even sent you the code that he sent me and you still refused,then after I took care of it myself you owned up to it saying that he was correct and should have been done but the Iowa inspector never makes you do it.Be a stellar idea to know the codes of the county youre doing work in instead of s******* over your customers. I still need the panel payout and generator layout and if I do not receive this I will have to pay the electrician to trace all wires in the entire building which again will be thousands more. Makes sense that all of your reviews are from friends and family!
