Return Timeframe

You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of your purchase fulfillment to initiate a return. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days from the purchase fulfillment date. Returns postmarked after this period will not be accepted.

At Price Connection, we value your satisfaction and understand that sometimes, preferences can change or unforeseen circumstances may arise. That's why we offer our convenient REDO Insurance policy, designed to make your shopping experience as worry-free as possible.

If You Choose to Purchase REDO Insurance at Checkout:

When you opt for our REDO Insurance policy at the time of purchase, you gain the peace of mind that you can return your items for a full refund, no questions asked. This means that if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can simply send it back, and we'll process a full refund to your original payment method.

"Please note that REDO Insurance's coverage does not extend to customized products. This includes items such as custom-made dresses, which are tailored to individual specifications and therefore cannot be covered under our standard insurance policies."

If You Choose Not to Purchase REDO Insurance at Checkout:

If you decide not to purchase the REDO Insurance policy at checkout, no worries! You'll still have the option to return your items. However, in this case, we'll issue you a store credit for the full value of the returned item once we've received it. This store credit can be used for future purchases, allowing you to explore our collection and find something that better suits your preferences.

We believe in flexibility and choice, so you can make the decision that best aligns with your needs. Whether you choose to purchase the REDO Insurance for a straightforward full refund or opt for store credit, we're here to ensure that your shopping experience is tailored to your satisfaction.

Return Options

  • If you purchased our "Free & Easy Return or Exchange Coverage" at checkout, you can return your item for a refund if the order was not custom such as from our Mother of the bride collection. If not, you are eligible for an exchange or in-store credit. You must use the return label ("Return Label") provided and ship the return package within 30 days from the purchase fulfillment date.

  • If you've already made a return from an order and wish to make additional returns of items from the same order, you can use the Return Label provided, provided you purchased our free & easy return service. Please note that shipping insurance at the time of the initial purchase is not refundable; it covers packages lost or damaged during shipping. Additional returns must also be postmarked within 30 days from the purchase fulfillment date.

Understanding the Purchase Fulfillment Date

The purchase fulfillment date is the day your order was packaged and shipped.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click HERE or visit our website at https://priceconnection.org.

  2. Access the Returns Center and input your order number and the email used at the time of purchase.

  3. Follow the prompts to start your return.

  4. Select the item you wish to return and specify the reason for the return.

  5. Returns are processed through USPS, and you can use the provided return label (printer required).

  6. Securely pack your return item(s), preferably in the original packaging, and attach the Return Label to the outside of the package once received.

  7. Take your return package to your nearest USPS location. It must be postmarked within 30 days from the purchase fulfillment date. Please avoid mixing up multiple return items with different shipping labels.

Return Eligibility

You can only return items that are:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • With original tags attached
  • Hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie
  • Underwear
  • Jewelry
  • Customized dresses
  • Accessories
  • Cosmetics
  • Pet products
  • Any other items specifically noted as non-returnable

Free gifts are also non-returnable. Additionally, shipping insurance is non-refundable. If you purchased our Free & Easy Return or Exchange Coverage, this is not returnable.

Important Notice

Please ensure that you do not accidentally include items not purchased from the Price Connection site or app in your return package. We are not responsible for returning such items to you. In cases where an item does not qualify for a return under the policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and may return the item to you.

Refunds

For products returned following this policy, refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days after we receive and inspect your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. The original shipping fee, if applicable, is non-refundable.
