    I was Quoted $2.54 per pound for #1 insulated copper on June 13th 2023. I brought the copper in on June 14th 2023, I spoke with *** at the service station to confirm the pricing for the copper. *** confirmed the price I had been given on June 13th. I gave them the copper to weigh, they took the 392 lbs of copper. They gave me the agreed on rate for 41 of the 392 pounds I brought in. They gave me $1.20 per pound instead of the agreed on $2.54 for the other 351 pounds. The wire was identical. When I told the front desk of their mistake they said nobody quoted you that price. When I said Give me my 351 pounds of copper back Ill take it home then they refused to give me my copper saying it wasnt possible. Since they essentially stole my copper at a lower than agreed upon rate I would like the difference given back in compensation.
