      We had a house fire that required us to completely tear down and rebuild our home. *** Dieter at Allstate was fantastic. He went the extra mile to make sure we received the coverage we needed. He was professional, pleasant, and I would recommend ********* agency to my ***************** They were all very kind and wonderful throughout the entire process.

      My first accident was not accident forgiveness which they told thru out the accident I would get it and then later They counted it against me and they raised my rates too all the time you get the policy they talk all about accident forgiveness for for my first never happened they lied and used false avertisement.
