    Amount Paid: $5,027.93 - contract signed 02/28/2021 ******************************** Wedding package: "Full day Coverage (finishing touches of makeup/getting ready to a grand exit), a dedicated photographer, videographer, and one hybrid shooter who can do either, same day wedding edit, online gallery for download, sharing, printing, full personal print release (so you can print anywhere), 5+ minute highlight film, separate full films of toasts and first dances, full ceremony film, Complimentary engagement or boudoir session."Timeline: Wedding took place 07/23/2022. Photos received by end of September 2022. A short highlight film was provided, but no raw footage was provided as cited in the contract. Attempted contact via email 9/19/22 - no response. Texted 9/27/22 - no response. Texted 10/3/22 - no response. Followed up 10/14/22 via email - business responded that they were finishing the videos by 10/19/22. Didn't receive anything. Texted 11/3/22 - business stated that they were in the 'portal'. It was previously established that I did not have a portal (evidence attached). I reminded them that they never gave me a portal - no response. Followed up via email 12/23/22 - business said they sent a second email which I never received. I let them know 12/23/22 that I did not receive it - no response. Followed up 2/9/23 via email - no response. Emailed 3/17 and 03/21 with no response. ******** messaged on 3/23/23 - no response. Emailed letting them know I would need to take legal action if they did not respond - no response.
