    They called regarding printing supplies. When they were told we weren't interest they then called back with profanity, and then followed up again leaving an obnoxious voice mail. Unprofessional and harassing.

    J. Alex King with Reliable Imaging AKA: Cartridge Works has the WORST customer service. Mr. King contacted our place of business and continuously harassed the staff because I was unavailable to take his call. Through his bantering and foul mouth, my staff remained calm and asked several times to leave a message; he said yes "F*%K YOU" and hung up. I contacted Mr. King and confronted him about the inappropriate language and sales tactic he used on my staff. He proceeded to tell me that he doesn't like the run around and he felt that the staff was rude to him. I advised that I walked in on the last part of the conversation and my staff handled his call with professionalism. He again started to argue with me and I finally told him that my business would no longer continue with Reliable Imaging and disconnected the call. Mr. King proceeded to call back my place of business 3x and each time I had my staff disconnect the call due to the verbal abuse. This is not the first time he has made inappropriate remarks, I was done about a year ago when he made a statement about a potential interviewee coming into his office, but she was fat, ugly and there is no way he would be "eating that P*%$y". Yes, you read that right!

    Mr. King has small man syndrome over the phone; he thinks he can bully people into buying his products which are NOT reliable! He needs to be investigated and SHUT DOWN! My company will NEVER send a dime to Mr. "F%&K YOU " King again.
