    Had an apt 7/30/24 to get a torque converter replaced, they asked us to drop the vehicleoff 7/29/24. Tuesday afternoon my husband called to see if the jeep was done so we could stop and pick up cash to pay for the repair, to avoid the 3% charge you would incur if you paid with anything other than cash. ****'s wife the receptionist and told my husband she would go check to see if the jeep was finished, and have him call back. Instead of anyone calling us back we were sent a text stating that the part had not come in yet but it showed it would be delivered on Wednesday. A little bit frustrating to find out they had us drop the vehicle off without even having the replacement part. As frustrating as this was, due to us having to make vehicle arrangements to and from work we said ok. 7/31/24 my husband got off work, called out to precision again to see if it finished. ****'s wife started stuttering and said well let me see. States part had not arrived and showed it should be delivered 8/01/24. My husband calmly started to tell ****'s wife that if we were having to pay to rent a car that this could be very frustrating and costly. Thankfully we are able to borrow a family members vehicle at this time. My husband was not rude in any way shape or form, ****'s wife apparently had the phone on speakerphone **** proceeded to start yelling at my husband told my husband that they were just not going to do the work anymore to come get it. Avoid this company as they may not even have the part and just expect you to leave your car sit on their lot. When my husband arrived to pick up our vehicle **** the owner had our keys stuck in the door of the vehicle. Terrible lack of professionalism all the way around. Imagine if this is how they treat someone without even getting the work finished, imagine how they would be to deal with if you have any kind of warranty issues on the work they do!! Save yourself from a potential headache don't do business with this company!! ??
