    On 5/12/23, I sent a check for $2700 for a screen kit. It was cashed and I waited for it to arrive. 6/25/23 I texted ***** regarding delivery? She replied she was checking on the order. She said she had 2 returns from *** and the manager was on vacation. We did have a phone conversation on 7/7/23 regarding the "when" I might receive it. I did receive a package that was labeled screen door 8/16/23. I did not open it because I felt it was not big enough to be the entire kit. I texted her again 9/4/23 and requested a refund because the summer was almost over. She replied on 9/6 and said I had received the order. I told her it said screen door, but it couldn't be the entire order. I opened the pkg and it was one screen panel. 9/19 she said she would call and it "would be fixed one way or another!" She apologized that she wasn't as responsive as she should be. 9/23 she texted, "Can I call you on Monday?" I mailed the panel to her since I did not hear from her regarding the order. 11/17 she texted that she was tracking the "full" order and not ignoring me. I texted her 12/7 and asked, again, for a refund. I have not heard from her since. 1/2/24 I sent a letter requesting a refund. My attorney sent her a letter and she replied that she was tracking it. I don't know what to do now - suing them will cost me more than the amount I paid. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. **** and ***** have been good about answering questions and helping with the actual gazebo construction. I don't know what to think about how she is treating me now. I am not lying, I have not received this order. The reason I ordered this kit was because we have had problems with birds roosting in it overnight and making a big mess inside. They claim that birds will not get into the gazebo, but that is not our experience. Construction is so "easy that **** can do it". We were unable to do it ourselves; ***** found 2 men from ******** to put ours together and I paid them $2500. False advertising.

    We sent her the kit and she said she did not receive it so we sent it again . we have the tracking info and she recieved it twice she owes us $2700 for the second kit

    replacement kit #2 1z3ae1850321530159 august 15th, all were delivered

    we also talked to her attorney he tracked the numbers and *** delivered them and advised her there was nothing more than she can do.

    Please tell her to send us the $2700 she owes us on the replacement kit she lied about not recieving in the first place

    I am rejecting this response because:  I have NOT received one kit let alone two.  The one package I did receive was ONE panel and I sent it back to them.  Let them get a search warrant - I don't have any screen kits.  Wow - I can't believe they think I have any screen kits.  Where is the "I will make it right" that she texted me?  I guess I'm out the money that I sent.  I certainly am not paying for another one that I never received.  I would like to see the *** slips that said it was delivered.  The one that she sent me said it weighed 1 lb.  That would not be enough weight for a kit.  SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS BUSINESS!!
