    I was recently hired to this company to perform a task on the production line involving glue. Within an hour I realized that I was allergic to the glue as I was sprain large amounts of it in an unproperly ventilated area without dated equipment and faulty ventilation gear. Not to mention absolutely no PPE for this process.Few hours of spring the glue my psoriasis flared up. The next day when I reported to work, I alerted my supervisor that I had an allergic reaction to the glue. His initial reaction was " I don't understand. Are you spraying the glue on your head?" Which I can't begin to explain to you how completely irrational and stupid. It is to hear that from your supervisor. But I will continue my story. My then inexperienced and unskilled supervisor place me into another department at department that I had 10 plus years experience in shipping, receiving and not absolutely no skill sets in such as the glue, sprain or fabrication department. When the hiring manager for HR? *****, found out I was placed into this department. His initial response was to have me fired. I was fired from modern fold for having an allergic reaction to a chemical because in inept supervisor placed me in another department that another inept manager had difficulty figuring out how to deal with me. I'm not going to say this is discrimination on all accounts, but is certainly feels like I was discriminated against heavily for simply having an allergic reaction to a chemical and a poorly ventilated area in a warehouse that should be identified as substandard work conditions. I've been let go from other jobs for various reasons but never because of callous ineptitude and a lack of understanding from management. If you enjoy being placed into a position that you have absolutely no experience with and enjoy working with people who are dead inside than ModernFold is the place for you!
