    ****************! Stay Away!Ordered an engine part I needed to complete a classic rebuild. It was a $50 part. "In Stock". The website claimed 2-3 business days to ship. No issues there.After two weeks, I sent a 'friendly' inquiry. I understand busy, etc. I almost immediately receive a return email! Reads exactly "its on its way". All lower case, and certainly obvious there was No action taken to verify that the order was indeed "on its way". Almost a week later, I inquire again. This time the response was: "Somehow it did not ship.", followed later by a tracking number. No message, does not even state the carrier. I enter it in ****, and it list the shipper (coincidentally, less than two hours away!). Since that time, for a week now, the 'status' shows "moving to next facility". The tracking does Not appear on my **** account. Guessing they got the address/zip wrong. I once again contact 12bolt ***, who once again takes no responsibility or action. I explain in detail like above. He says "I can't control how slow the mail is."My conclusion. No sense of Customer. No sense of urgency. No attention to detail. Has NO business being in business! I cannot imagine his character would put any quality into his work - big jobs or small jobs. I have absolutely No Respect for his kind of so-called work ethic. Some of us have worked our entire lives trying to do the best we can for our work. His type disgusts me.Also, after almost a month, dude says "I will refund your money "IF" you agree to refuse the shipment "if" it ever shows up (it has not). No sorrys, no offer to make things right. A reinforcement of what I knew after the first email. Stay Away!!
