    I ordered 2 shirt from Red Head Tribe Logo on March 19th and paid for them on same day with a credit card. The total was $44.40. The shirts were for a fundraiser. On April 7th, I reached out to this company twice regarding my order. I had no communication from them and was wondering why I hadnt received my order. I had to leave 2 voicemails. My phone call was returned April 8th. I was informed the party was going to be closed on April 9th and once it had closed all orders would go through processing. She said that takes 2-3 weeks and my order would be ready for pickup. I have not received any communication again. I called this morning, May 1. Left another voicemail. I am wanting a refund. Since my order had not gone through processing yet(according to the tracking) and no communication. I received a return phone call back stating they do not issue refunds on fundraisers and the party was still open and when it closes it will be in processing. Orders will be ready 2-3 days afterwards. No date was given on when it would be closed. I asked for a full refund again since my order was not in processing. She told me that she wasnt going to do that and I should think of the people who the fundraiser is for. I asked when processing would be started and she gave me no date. I asked why no communication was given to those who had ordered and paid and she replied that she doesnt do that. According to the website, there is no mention about refunds on fundraising items. According to their website, once an order has been placed and paid it will be put into processing. That is not the case of what I was told.

    *********************** was upset that her shirt order was not ready when she drove into town and demanded a refund.  As stated on our website, as of January 1st 2020, we no longer offer refunds.  This was a shirt fundraiser for two women going through breast cancer. The following was stated online where shirts were ordered. "Support **** & ****** on their battle with Breast Cancer.  50% of sales go back to **** & Jordan. 
    Online store open 3/11-4/2. Expect 14 business day turnaround. Local pickup and shipping options available."  
    We expect a 14 business day turnaround but we do not guarantee it.  As of today, majority of shirts from this order have been picked up/shipped.  Miss ***** is the only person out of 55 customers to be offended by our process. To show *****'s true character, this fundraiser was for her cousin, according to *****. Not only did she report fraud to her credit card company, stating she didn't recognize this charge, ***** also reported our shop to the better business bureau. In the above screen shots, you can see all of this information.  In her report to the BBB she seemed to know exactly what this charge was. We hope ***** has the day she deserves.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    It has been 50 days since my order was placed and paid for. I have not received any product or communication from this business regarding my order. This complaint is strictly about lack of product after receiving payment. Clearly, the owner of this business feels like personally attacking a customer is the correct way in handling a business transaction, which obviously shows the true character of the owner, since neither her or her business has been slandered in this complaint. 
    I have never been to this business, never met the owner or any employee that she may or may not have employed. Besides knowing the town to which this business resides, I do not know where the business is located. Therefore I have never driven to the store and demanded a refund.

    I may have been the only customer to complain to the owners knowledge, but in fact, I am not. I am the only one to call the business. The other paid customers had complained not to the business, but to the person who set up this fundraiser and the beneficiaries of it. Most paid customers stated they were afraid to call the business to complain because of it being a fundraiser. They didnt want the owner to hold funds to the beneficiaries if they complained. Others simply forgot all about it because it had been so long since they placed their order and they had not heard anything from the business regarding the order. Some have called the business regarding their order and never received a phone call back. 
    As of May 5, 2023, no one had received any product from this business and the beneficiaries of the fundraiser has not received any funds, like the business had agreed to give.

    These are the facts regarding the Cancer Fundraiser shirt orders.  *********'s request to further extend the online store, the last order placed was April 7th (Friday), and that following Monday (April 10th) started our production time.  Shirts from this online PREorder were not put into production until the last order was placed.  Red Head Tribe Logos' main job is to print tshirts and printing tshirts is what we did.  We work with one specific person when organizing public fundraisers to minimize miscommunication and error.  *************************** was this person.  Not *********************** or anyone else.   There were exactly 133 shirts sold through this fundraiser (including *****'s) bringing proceeds to $1,646.  Even though ***** canceled her shirt order, we granted her portion of the proceeds to the fundraiser recipient anyways out of a good heart.  You can see that orders were fulfilled May 4th.  Our production time ran over to 19 days.  There was no specific deadline for these tshirts hence why we did a PREorder.  

    To question our business practice is extremely disheartening.  We are all about fundraisers for our community and giving back where we can. We fully stand behind our morals and values with full integrity.  

    It has come to my attention that *****'s personal ******** page has left multiple negative reviews slandering various other small businesses. To put it simply, I'm questioning the value of *****'s integrity as she has shown very publicly her intent to received goods for free. 

    Due to our terms and conditions, we will not be able to offer a cash refund.  We will gladly grant *********************** store credit for the $44.40 only if her credit card company does not refund her themselves. If any further communication regarding this accusation is needed, I will pass it off to our attorney to represent **.
