In June, 2024, I purchased a new ************ travel trailer from ****** **, ********, ****. Upon using the trailer for the first time, I discovered the water heater was malfunctioning and the roof membrane was not installed correctly. I contacted **** Fix (their hotline for repairs) and an appointment was made for repairs. The dealership had the trailer for 3 weeks. I received no updates on the status of repairs. I left messages with no responses. I had to drive to the dealership to talk to a service employee to get information. I picked up my trailer and was assured that all repairs were complete. While camping a few days later, I discovered the water heater had not been repaired. I called ****** several times over the next few days and left messages. I did not receive any return calls. I again had to drive to ****** location to speak with the service manager as well as the on-site **** Fix manager. Another appointment was made for several repairs. The roof membrane, that was installed previously, had several defects in the silicone sealant. The roof vents would not close completely following the roof installation. The refrigerator/freezer latch was not working correctly. After nearly two weeks of ****** having possession of the trailer, I once again had not received any updates. I began calling with the same result - no return calls from the service manager or the **** Fix manager. I am flabbergasted by ****** blatant disregard for their customers. Their lack of customer care is deplorable.Initial Complaint

Purchased a new camper August, 2022. 1st. problem was the finance contracts were submitted to ***** **** twice resulting in two seperate loan accounts and two high dollar amount loans reported to credit agencies. It took 3 months with NUMEROUS phone calls and NO HELP from ******, but it finally was corrected. HOWEVER February 7th we got a letter from ******** ********** of ******* that the taxes due on the camper were miscalculated by ******. A corrected amount PLUS interest and fines was due. ******, the finance manager at ****** was contacted by phone and a copy of the ** notice was emailed to him. He apologized and said he'd have it corrected. I asked for email proof when complete. Two weeks later, no response, called him again explaining this was delaying our state income tax process, he said he'd get it. No response. March 6th called ** ***** of *******, they have not received anything, **************** to continue to increase. (Nominal amount, but continues to flag out state account!). This week I have left 3 v-mail messages with ****** and was told by reception that the store manager is ***********************, left v-mail msg. on his line ... no response.Business Response

Not sure I can summarize this enough. I purchased a brand new 2022 forest river vibe 34BH on July 13th, 2022 from the ******************** location. The documents were signed electronically with the financial rep showing me only what needed to be signed. For this, I was a idiot for trusting I was doing business with an honorable company. As we were signing the docs, (first time purchase not familiar with the process), the gentleman did not give me the option to not purchase the "extras" (warranties, RV shield ******************** etc) however he verified that I could cancel all of those products anytime. My payment was dependent on what level of products I was accepting, with a $30 difference, I accepted the full shebang. Within 30 days I reviewed the details of all the products and requested a cancelation and refund. 60 days later I keep being told they sent in the paperwork and will email me the verification, several calls and I've got nothing. Also was told when trying to cancel that the financial rep was incorrect and I can't cancel the monster seal and ******************* protectant because it can't be taken off. However I 100% believe they did not apply the protectant on the interior or exterior and have provided photos to back this. Also several things are falling apart or messed up inside and the slide out is breaking. They will fix it all but I have to pay $250 an hr for them to have someone come pick up my camper and return it to the campsite after, to fix there product and for them to apply a product that should have been applied? I want a full refund of all products including the paint and fabric protectant and pick and return of the camper should be on them. And why can't I get documentation of anything the say they have or are doing? They are scamming people. I have written to managers and owners and still seemingly feel I am nowhere and will need to get an attorney before long in order to see any results from this company.Business Response

*************************,
We apologize for your negative purchasing experience with us and that you feel we are trying to scam you. I spoke with the Regional Manger on the 14th of December and they are reimbursing you for all of these additions including the Ultimar protection and Monster seal. If there is anything else we can do, please reach out to ************************************** so that we can work a bit more expeditiously to resolve these issues.

I purchased an RV from ****** in May of this year. At the time, I was sold an extended warranty for approximately $2000. In late May, I asked for a refund for the extended warranty. I was told by ******, the manager that he would work on this. In August, I still had not received the refund and I talked to ****** again. He left the office he said to make a call, came back and said that he had talked to the ******* office and the check would be mailed out the next day. In September, I have tried multiple times by phone and ******** to ask for my refund and have been given the run around.Initial Complaint

My husband and I decided to purchase an RV at Bishs in ****. We signed the paperwork remotely June 3,2022. Part of the purchase/loan was to pay off a camper we had before which still had a Lien (US Bank)on it.. The next payment for that loan was supposed to be June 6. This was not paid due to the payoff info I had with the understanding Bishs would be paying this off upon our signatures. I had the pay off information which was included with the paperwork signed June 3. We drove to **** from ******** the following day June 4 2022. I received notice our new loan payment (M&T bank) would begin July 3. I received notice from US Bank that we were overdue on our payment. I was confused thinking this had been paid off. I called US Bank. It had not been paid off. They suggested I make a payment so the loan does not go to the credit bureaus for late payments. I made the payment. My husband and I have excellent credit and did not want this to affect that. I also made the new loan payment. So essentially paying for a camper we do not have and a new one. I have been calling Bishs with NO results. I get the run around. Ive been told its been paid. I call US Bank and it has not. We are going on two months this has not been taken care of. US Bank is now calling again asking for payment so our credit scores are not affected. Please help.
