    I was told my account is a prepay account 4 years ago when I started getting fuel delivery. This means they will deliver whatever amount of fuel that's equal to the money in the account. All of the sudden they are saying I owe money and my account has been closed for non payment because they delivered more than what was in the account and this was not agreed on by me since it is a pre pay account.

    This has to do with billing errors that have gone on for at least the 2 years. We sign an annual contract to lock in the price of the propane and the monthly payment that is automatically deducted from our bank account. Our balance on account in consistently incorrect, credits are not applied, and I'm given different information each time I inquire. Our current payment is $150.00 per month. In August they illegally deducted $655.00 and even they do not know why this amount was taken. This caused overdraft fees with our bank. We are still waiting for River Valley to credit us those fees. I initially thought this was ************ errors, however now I believe this has to be intentional fraud. I can believe any reputable business would operate like this. All I want is a corrected balance with our credits and correct statements going forward.

    Propane was deliver without authorization to a clearly unoccupied property formerly my residence. I was not under contract to have propane placed in my propane tank with out calling to authorize such fills per our agreement. On August 2, ************************************************************************************** with a bill for $602.83. I never asked for nor authorized this service or charges. I called RiverValley coop and spoke with ****, who was rude and condescending, and was told that they could send someone out to take the propane back but it would cost me $360.00 at a minimum. Does this sound reasonable? I need to pay for them to take back something I never authorized? This tank was scheduled to be removed from this property. I am now going to incur an additional expense as a full tank cannot be transported. They have damaged me and I want them to resolve this issue at their expense not mine. I should be held faultless as they have damaged me.
