    Need a bad door replaced that was custom made. Owner has blocked me. Door will not shut, warped, twisted. Owner was made aware and took a shortcut to resolve by grinding stick plate instead of replacing door.

    #1 Doors were NOT custom made. they were custom finished to customers specs.

    #2 The door is not warped or twisted. these doors were installed in a remodel, not new construction. Therefore walls were not plumb and parallel on each side of the door, in order to be able to install trim the jambs were moved to the maximum of adjustment to insure the final product was fully functional as well as visually pleasing.

    #3 It is extremely common for door latch strike plates to need adjustment, Just the change in humidity or temperature can affect how a door operates.  The instructions of every door handle explain the steps of adjusting strike plates for this reason.

    #4 Said door was 100% operational in every way.

    #5 Customer is upset because we were intimate at the time and I choose not pursue a relationship with her.
