    I was going to be starting a small beverage company on the side so I wanted to get a certification this was back in 2019 I believe originally. Their technical team was supposed to help, but they were completely unavailable, never returned calls, never responded. I never got the certification. I subsequently paid for 1-2 more years trying to get the certification but they were of no help and non responsive. In 2022, I didnt pay. I never had the certification and they were not helping so I didnt want to work with them as it had been years with no product. They canceled my account and started sending me bills for 2022 work and annual fees of which none happened. I didnt renew and again nothing was done. I spoke to the accounts payable multiple times. They kept sending the full invoice for $3K for 2022 even though I didnt renew or want to continue.I kept replying in email and calling accounts payable and their internal collections and they would hardly reply. I assumed it was taken care of. I dont even have a beverage product I never even launched. This week I get a call that they sent my account for 2022 to a collections externally! *** never been sent to collections in my life. This is literally fraud. It is illegal to pay for services not received and I didnt renew. Again, I never got the certification. I didnt even have access to my account. I still cant access my account to get the portal messages. They never returned my calls, they have a very amateur operations on both the customer service and billing side. They literally dont reply. My company isnt even in existence. I want my account cleared fully and removed from collections asap before it impacts my credit. This is illegal what they have done and I have no issue engaging legal. Please help me with this.
