    Monica has been very rude each time I take my dog and I worry that she has mistreated her. She has come back with what she says are hot spots but looked like burns to me. I like my dog groomed a certain way where she just has shorted hair around her face and ears which is not difficult and she seems to get upset each time. I simply asked this last time about the price so she asked me to go elsewhere. I have every right as a customer to ask and she can't explain herself so she turns people away. Monica is rude and disrespectful and I would never recommend her to anyone that loves their animals.
