      Iowa ***************************** DBA Simpleray sold me a tracking solar array. After a long delay, it was activated in the spring of 2020. By the summer of 2020 some of the rows were not tracking. They tried several repairs but tracking problems keep coming up. After numerous calls to them in 2023 a service tech came out in October 2023 and took off some of the drive motors to send back to the manufacturer for testing. The system should still be under warranty. Today 1 out of 9 rows are tracking. As of 3/11/24 they have not been back and do not return phone calls or emails. They have also not made the last 3 Illinois Shines Adjustable Block Program payments which total $32,364.03. They also don't return calls about the missing payments. The purchase price was based on me receiving the *** payments.
