      08-19-2024- Oil Change at Pingels Tyre $59.87. 09-28-2024- Vehicle had troubles (unable to drive it)09-30-2024- Spoke with Pingels Tyre on the phone and also in person to inform them of my situation. Shortly after leaving the shop my vehicle broke down. I had to call a tow truck to tow it back to Pingels Tyre - total charge was $100.52. 09-30-2024 thru 10-04-2024 - Informed it was the ******** converter. Bring back for another diagnosis test. No resolution was resolved. 10-04-2024 thru 10-11-2024 - I took the vehicle to another mechanic shop. Total was $100.58. Oil issue.Went two weeks with having to find transportation for my family. It was a huge inconvenience which could of been avoided.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I did go in person twice along with multiple calls to handle this. We were told it had two different diagnosis by Mercedes (I believe was her name). One was an oil leak and another was a ******** converter issue. Not only did the receptionist hang up the phone on us when we called to check up on the vehicle I also was spoken to very unprofessionally (used profanity) in person by Mercedes. On 10-04-2024 (after the vehicle was there for one week) I went in person and asked her what was was the issue with the car, she didn't have answers (I even asked her how it was a ******** converter issue), we conversated a few times back and fourth. She told me she was too busy to look at it and got so upset that she raised her voice and told me it was no longer her problem.  She stormed off and spoke to another gentleman and told him to handle it. He however did not come out to speak with me. I waited for some one else to come out to speak with me, no one did. I therefor asked the receptionist if someone was going to help me. She went back in the shop and spoke with that same gentleman (they spoke right in front of the door) she then came back and told me to reschedule another day for another diagnosis. There were customers and the receptionist who witness this happening. I was treated and felt as if my business was not wanted in which I had no choice but to take my business else where. The failure of a proper oil change I was almost left stranded with my children on the highway and on a bridge (two separate times), I had to pay for a tow truck, I paid for an oil change that was not done properly,  it was an inconvenience on my whole family trying to get rides back and fourth during the time the vehicle was in the shops (total of two weeks), and I had to pay another mechanic to fix the problem that was not completed by Pingels. I have had great customer service by *********************** and its very unfortunate that this had to happen and I do not believe business was taken care of professionally.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      A good business would. I do not see how you do not see you are in the wrong. **************** was awful and you obviously did not take care of my car service. I paid for an oil change that was not completed, I was left stranded twice, and I had to pay someone to fix your mistake (with proof).
