    On 1/04/2023 ******************* from E&D Home Repair was at my home to look at a tree trimming job He gave me a fair price of $600 and said to get on schedule .he needed half payment ( $300 ) down. February was the date for the job. That month came and went, I sent a message to **** and was told sickness was the delay. The next delay I was told was due to a late Easter. Last week I sent a message to **** and now get no reply back. I have and invoice ( # ****** ) made up by ******************* dated 1/4/23 for $300 down payment and $300 due when finished. I don't know how to up load a copy of the invoice, but can mail you a copy if i have an address.

    I paid a total of $1500 for deposit and material costs for a fence. He said that he would come and start a few weeks ago and never showed up. He won't answer his phone, reply to my messages, and won't give my money back. The deal was made in February and he said that he would give me a receipt which he never did or give me an estimate. I just want my money back if he won't do the job and won't respond to me trying to contact him. His name is ******************* and he says that he lives in ********* and no longer in **********. I can provide more texts and more details if needed.
