Hello,I have called for the past week and a half. I have left (3) messages with no returned phone calls.Yesterday, I had a very unpleasant and accusatory conversation with miss *********I informed miss **** that your phone system had a bad echo when I first started talking to her. It was difficult to hear because of the echoing.I called to straighten out a problem. My father is 80 years old, he still comes into the shop daily, but he has the onset of alzheimers. Instead of trying to assist me Miss **** kept talking over me and telling me that we were responsible for bills and she quoted a 14 day notice policy but she never transferred me to anyone there that could review our business account to settle.Yesterday, Miss **** was happy to interrupt me, talk over me, make snide comments, accuse me of yelling at her, and then hang up on me instead of trying to assist me while I was trying to talk to someone in your accounting. That's not the way to interact with customers. As of yesterdays date (01/20/24), I still wish to settle any payments that *** be owed and going forward CANCEL ANY & ALL BUSINESS that is between ************** MOTOR & IMPLEMENT and TODAY PUBLICATIONS.This is the second day in a row that I have e-mailed you.I still wish for someone in your accounting to contact me regarding settling our business account. Thank you!****************************************************** ***************** shop#**************

We were called by the company to advertise in some publications. We authorized 3 publications for $200.00 each and gave them a purchase order number for $600.00 total. We paid them for 3 invoices which were $910.00 which was already over the agreed amount. On the last payment made on 4/18 I noted that the purchase order was now used up and they would need a new one in order to get paid for any additional advertisements. We continue to get bills totaling over $1,760.00. I called several times and tried emailing them to ask why $600 became $1,760 but they kept telling me that we did not cancel the additional advertising in time. They had not printed most of these advertisements when I told them we would not be paying any additional ******** and that we did not approve the advertisements. I have asked them to stop contacting us and that we are not interested in advertising with them, but I continue to keep getting new bills including one today for another $170.00 that is not approved.
