    This business refused to fill our empty tank in the middle of January. It's been a cold winter and we have two kids at home and my wife is due for the third any day now; keeping them safe is a priority. Garnavillo Oil / Stade Propane not only refused to fill the tank, but they discontinued their services with us and left us having to find a new supplier with absolutely NO warning. Their cutoff on us was as simple as a one sentence phone call. Will likely have to pay additional fees due to their decision to discontinue working with us in order to setup a new account at a new company. We've been a customer for almost 5 years now, and yes we have had an empty tank a handful of times, but we also paid additionally for those times and have no issue paying more if that were the case. We have also always paid our balance at the time of when it is due.

    At the end of the day, this is a business that does not value their customers and will refuse to comply with even the simplest of their routine job tasks. A leak check is not "too much work", as was described to me, and even though it adds to the service workers day, just make sure to charge me accordingly and I totally would understand. I will never recommend this company to anyone seeking this product.
