    We bought our house and moved in October of 2022. There was a j&r dumpster in our yard with the previous owners junk. We have called numerous times over the last 5 months for them to remove it as its a safety hazard to our kids and its blowing trash all over our yard and our neighbors. They e have us the run around with multiple reasons why they havent picked it up. First one being the previous owner and the man who rented it hasnt paid, not our problem. Theres too much junk in the dumpster, also not our problem as not of it is or was our junk. Third, we were waiting for the ground to freeze, we patiently waited and now its almost march and almost 50 degrees. Last Friday (2/24) they went out of their way to contact my sister in law instead of us about moving our trailer and theyd move the dumpster that night because the ground was going to thaw the next day. So we did and they never showed up. So not only is our front yard taken over by a trash filled dumpster, we have our dump trailer in our back yard because they needed it moved. I contacted them Monday 2/27 and they gave me the run around, again saying theyd get it this Friday because the ground will freeze when it in fact wont be. I said I dont care if they tear up our yard I just want the dumpster gone. They said they wouldnt pay a tow truck to dig them out for getting stuck and when I told them I would contact hirer up he continued to get loud with me, have an attitude, and hung up on me. He also claims the dump trailer was the issue and was in the way but he waited 5 months to let us know that key factor too.
