    We first met with Roegner Builders in August 2022; recommended by ******** ************** as a licensed ******** window installer. Our new windows were ordered last fall with a delivery date of January 2023. Spring installation was put off due to lack of communication with pricing and loan possibilities. A new date was set for June 5th. After I reached out to confirm on May 31st and June 3rd, we were told that they were behind schedule. I texted through the month of June to set up a new date with no reply. Finally on July 7th, I was told via text our job was scheduled for July 24th week. I texted on July 23rd for a time of arrival for the week with no reply. No phone call or text to let me know what us happening. No one has shown up.

    Roegner Builders, owner **** Roegner, is the company we contracted to remodel our kitchen, breezeway and laundry room. Down payment of $23000 was made November 19, 2022. Deposited by Roegner Builders on November 21, 2022.Between then and May 2023, the only work received was digital design work for kitchen cabinets and a drop zone. A 3 step staircase was also installed. We were informed by an employee of Roegner Builders that the employees were no longer being paid.Spoke to the owner, ****, on May 31st with him indicating that new personnel would finish the job. Follow *** with **** have been unsuccessful as he has ignored phone calls and voicemails.We have been told he may still be operating and bidding on jobs but not fulfilling the jobs.
