    I bought my house Nov 2021. Prusha installed the heating and air units before I moved. It's under a 5 year warranty. Prusha came in the summer to fix it. It lasted one day. I have left numerous messages for them to come back, but they do not return my phone calls. Now my heat isn't working. They still don't return my messages. I've looked into other companies to fix the problem but would be over $****. I have a warranty with Prusha that they need to honor.

    We have been in contact multiple times with the manufacturer on the unit without a response back from them on how to proceed with any type of warranty repair required. The previous owner was also advised to add a secondary baseboard heat which was not completed on their end. Lorrie ********* has sent multiple texts and phone calls which I regrettably did not return. As of 12:15 pm on 11/29/2022 I have sent Lorrie ********* a text message trying to schedule us getting out to her house Friday December 2nd to begin the process of making the repairs required to remedy her situation.
