    They ruined our carpet. Came to clean before we moved in and told us 24 hours to dry. It took 5 days to dry and their protectant gunked up our carpet in multiple places. It looks worse than it did before. Also all matted and didnt dry properly. They came out with fans 3 days later but it barely helped. Lied and left lots of residue from a leaking protectant tank.
