    I ordered a dental light and had to wait 2 months for it to arrive. I did call and inquire about why it was taking so long and was told to wait another 2 weeks that the product was on backorder. I waited the requested amount of time and the day I was planning to call and cancel the order, it arrived in the mail. I do not like this product because the light is not bright enough. I called and asked if another product would be better for an exchange and was told there was not another option and when I asked for a refund and offered to return the product I was told no refund was possible. I was directed to the maker of the product and when I called them, I was informed that Optimus Dental Supply is NOT a supply company for the product. I will never do business with this company again and I will warn everyone I know in the dental field to stay away from this business.
