    This company Prorestore DKI was suggested by my insurance company and they were nice initially, but i had to clean up after them. There was additional damages that were created in the showers and a lot of debris was left for me to clean. They then had these large machines in every bathroom and the kitchen that likely rocketed the electric bill; understandably. The used hoses that drain the dehumidifiers were left in my kitchen sink and in one of the bathroom sinks making it impossible to utilize the faucets without these seemingly unsanitary hoses impeding. When they were done with the removal, i had discovered that, the larger fellow had damaged my step ladder, which was used by ***, causing it to malfunction when trying to lock into place.I told *****, the guy in charge, about how his employees had performed, he seemingly became upset and then unreliable. I had set up an arrangement with *** and the plumber to meet up at my home so they could complete a plan; *** never showed up and never called.Allegedly, After ***** had received the document that he had requested from me for payment from insurance, which stated that the work was complete, although it wasnt, he then became unreachable.AJ, who is in charge of fixing the damages caused by ***** and his crew, reached out to me and said that h*** be working with me now. He was rude and unprofessional and after not following through on sending an electrician on a Friday and not showing up, as scheduled the following Monday, i had regret ever hiring them. I have decided to go with another contractor for the repairs, which is inconvenient, to say the least. Theres a large cut-out in the ceilings and showers, and the flooring are missing in the kitchen and bathroom.I feel that i was kind and polite, but it didnt seem to matter, because their egos were damaged, seemingly. Im not certain how these guys received a good score with the BBB! Unless i was discriminated against. I would never recommend this company
