    SHOUDL BE RATED ZERO STARS! I provided *********************** a deposit of $15000 on a landscaping project (over $21000). It was supposed to be completed in August 2023, but he had not started a single task by mid-October. I cancelled the project and he was able to refund the full amount. Instead, it's taken him over 6 months to pay back less than half of the amount. This guy is a dance dad where my daughter dances so I did not suspect any issues. After having difficulties with ****, we decided to check on court records and found out he has been sued numerous times for not starting work, not completing work and not returning phone calls. He's literally using honest folks' down payments as loans that he may or may not pay back. We found out he has also done this to other folks at **************** and to family members of other dance families. He's using money that he owes folks to pay for dance trips, vacations, etc. The only reason he may be paying us is because he's afraid the true story will come out about him and his crooked business. STAY AWAY. From the stories we've heard, *********************** shouldn't be allowed to operate his business and he should probably in jail for fraud.

    ***** and **** at Premier asked our company to repair two different property's irrigation system and has been avoiding us since them to not pay the bill. There have been repeated lies as to when we can expect payment but never a payment. They are taking vacations and not paying their bills.
