Always had a good experience with techs that come to my home for both maintenance and troubleshooting. The only’ thing’ that usually gets me is a somewhat pressure to doing repairs when they give you possible solutions. “Do nothing” Is usually not an option they present…Even if nothing is truly needed to be done at the time. Other than that, totally satisfied.

1 starGolden Rule absolutely ripped me off -- they charged me $1,500 for 4 hours of work (1 plumber) to repair a leaky shower head and a broken tub drain. Very little in the way of materials were spent on the job. They are a complete rip off -- never use them for any work!Review fromEd P
