This company offered to mow the lawn for $35 for the first cut, and $25 for each additional cut. This was the agreement (evidence of the agreement in ******** messenger by their company page) and they mowed the lawn 6 times. After these 6 mows, they said they quoted us wrong and are now asking for $50 per cut for all past services and are trying to make us pay that amount for each previous mow (despite not telling us the new price until it was already mowed). We have paid $70 so far. This was supposed to cover the first cut ($35), the second cut ($25), plus we gave a $10 tip. With the remaining 4 cuts, the bill should be just an additional $100 (4 cuts at $25 a piece). They refuse to accept this amount and are demanding an additional $230. We have no problem paying the $100 we owe, but we shouldnt have to pay an unagreed amount. We would have never gotten the service at the amount they are now requesting. The company has done nothing to resolve the issue. They keep sending paper bills with the incorrect amount. We have tried communicating to resolve the issue, but they continue to ignore us and are now threatening by mail to send this so a collection service. All we want is a revised bill for the original agreed upon amount.
