I would not recommend this store. Worked with them in regards to a warranty issue. Was told several different times that they would be here and there would always be an excuse why they were unable to make it. After talking to them several times they told me I should of bought through them. Even though they were the problem. Do not go here the customer service is not good!

We our sorry you feel this way. Keep in mind we are the middle man (and just the repair company) for your Frigidaire Fridge. The repair time was impacted by parts being backorder and faulty parts coming in once we received them. These issues would be on Frigidaire and not us we can not get parts that Frigidaire doesn't have in-stock. Our hands are tied as far as what we can and can not do as you did not buy the microwave from us. If the speed of the repair was not acceptable.... you would need to talk with Frigidaire or the place you bought your appliance to see what could be done to speed up the process or getting an exchange. We also can not speed this process up for you as we can only do what Frigidaire allows us to do or what they approve. We did slow down your repair process for a week because our technician's grandma died that works your area. You told us that wasn't your fault that he had to miss time for his grandma's funeral. He is the only technician that works your area so we did not have another tech we could send. We sincerely apologize for the delay as we had many customers that were in the same boat as you that week.Again, we are sorry you were not satisfied with our level of service. We try our hardest on each and every service call that we work!!!

Our Maytag washer was not dispensing soap as it was supposed to. Called Heartland for repair and made arrangements to be at the house when scheduled. The repairman is nice guy. Maybe not as knowledgeable as he should be. He had to read the internet to try and diagnose the problem. Said it was a valve. OK - get one. Installed and washer had no change. Next try was a soap dispenser. OK-, he's supposed to know, get it. After installation, still doesn't dispense soap. Wife said she'll just dump soap in each load and look for a new washer. Not from Heartland, though. I offered to pay for parts but not labor as I am no further ahead than when I first called them. There was no consideration to do that. In a previous encounter with our side by side refrigerator which was leaking water from the ice maker. Heartland service guy was out several times replacing different parts to no avail. Finally, after about $500, the leak was fixed. If there was a way to put a negative number on the rating, I'd do that!

Terrible customer service. Had issues with our dryer. It kept kicking out our breaker that we had zero problems with before hand. After having to reset it several times we did have a bad breaker. Spent extra money getting an electrician here after hours to repair the breaker. Once breaker was repaired we still have it kicking out and shutting itself off along with the unit itself overheating. After close to a month now they are just telling us to call Maytag because they said they don’t know how to fix it. Nate at the Hawarden store and Sue have been very nice and tried to be helpful but the George repair shop is absolutely terrible. Now we are left with a dryer that barely works and still kicks out our breaker and we have no clue where to go from here. This company definitely does not stand behind their products and their repair side of things is absolutely terrible.

The original complaint was that the dryer was tripping the circuit breaker during the drying cycle. Upon arrival we checked the outlet and found no issues with the wall plug. We then took the unit apart and checked the resistance on the drive motor windings compared to the service manual and found those tested good. We then checked the heating element and found the resistance was out of spec compared to the factory service manual. We confirmed our findings with our senior tech and he agreed with ****'s findings. We also thought it would be a good idea to change the high limit and cut off thermostats. **** was going to let **** know what we found but before he could get back down to ****** basement to clean up and put the unit back together.... **** had called our office wondering when we would be coming back to finish the repair. ******* called **** while he was still at ****** house to confirm what parts were needed to completer the repair. We ordered those parts the same day so we could return quicker. When we returned to finish the repair, **** replaced the heating element and thermostats and tested the unit by putting it on a timed dry cycle for twenty minutes. During those 20 mins we experienced no issue. With those results we deemed the unit repaired and let **** know. He reached out to **** during non-business hours a few days later and said the breaker issue was reoccurring. We told him that he would need to call into the office to get put back on the schedule. When **** returned to ****** house to repair the dryer he reached out to again to our senior tech (***). *** and **** agreed that if the breaker doesn't trip right when the dryer starts the issue would be with the house side. **** checked the dryer while the unit was running and went to the breaker panel. When the dryer's heater would cycle on...... **** could hear a buzzing noise coming from the breaker connected to the dryer. This would indicate that something was wrong on the homeowners electrical setup. We then called **** because he was not home at the time to inform him that he would need an electrician for the issue. Again, several days later **** contacted **** outside of business hours stating the unit was still not working. **** informed **** to call our office once to set up another repair ticket. A few days later **** called **** at our *************** and **** worked with **** and ******* and the decision to order a control board, a motor, a another cut off/high limit thermostat. Anytime that **** has called... we have answered and at no time has the customer been left in the dark about what is going on with his unit and the eta on his parts. We understand the frustration that *************** have when he had to wait for all of his parts to be delivered. But in that timeframe, there was a holiday and 2 days that our techs could not run calls due to weather and I am sure there were some delays with *** and Fed Ex as well. We were just at the customers house today and put all those parts in and the unit was working when we left. The last time **** called about his dryer working was on 12/28. We ordered 4 parts on 12/28. Two of those parts did not come in until 1/6. Again, anytime **** has called our company looking for answers or repairs.... we have answered and sent our guys out. **** has never been left wondering what is the next step to get his dryer running.

These people are the rudest people ever andied to make my warrantee void. The heavy young repairman said we had a bug infestation *** the wired were chewed. I called ***** the office manager who would not listen to me. ***** told me she called assurion my warantee.company and told them the lie that we had a bug infestation so they would not cover the repairs of the stove. Are you kidding me? Zee pics. There was only grease and meat splatter not a bug or anything else. I will try and post pics here. Oh ya. They left parts all over the floor after taking pieces off.

*********, what you didn't show (on ********* is the unedited pictures of your range. We attached two more "unedited" pictures that tell a different story. Look at the white brackets behind your control board. Don't think they are suppose to have all those black spots on them. If you look below the brackets and control board. What is all over the ledge? If you follow the wires all the way down to the junction box. Why does there look like there had been a rodent peeing down the back of your range. To top it all off... the second picture (that you edited the worse).... shows how a rodent had burrowed into the installation. The really unsettling part of the story is this unit was under an extended warranty. You wanted our company to lie to the warranty to get your repairs covered.  We are sorry but we are not willing to commit insurance fraud to get your repairs covered.
