    Purchased vacuum from said company because it is supposed to purify the air in the home up to 3000 square feet, scent the home, protect fibers in carpet, and get rid of dust particles in the home. Since I have had the vacuum in the home, it does not purify the air and my home is less than 1000 square feet. There is no scent. I have called the company to get it serviced last August, and had nothing but problems getting in touch with someone and turning in my vacuum for service. There is a warranty on it for 5 years. I finally got in touch with someone and they have had my vacuum for almost 2 months now, I just want a refund from the company. I've even called the financial company I got the loan from and put in a formal complaint at least 3 times about this but seem to be getting nowhere with my concerns. This is my last attempt at getting a refund for the months I have paid for the vacuum that doesn't do what it's supposed to do.

    It appears that the machine in question, a rainbow purchased/financed on June 1, 2022, is covered by an eight-year warranty specifically covering the controller board and motor. The issue at hand pertains to air purification and fragrance usage. The recurrence of improper machine use, particularly related to inadequate water usage, has been noted during the last two visits of the consumer to the office. The system includes a backup neutralizer designed to filter out particles if insufficient water is used, ensuring air purity. A key component of the system is the filter, highlighted with an attached picture showcasing a comparison between a used and a new filter. Proper usage of the system should prevent the filter from getting dirty, thereby maintaining optimal airflow and functionality. In the event of a dirty filter, a significant loss of airflow may occur, leading to issues with air purification and fragrance dispersal within the machine. Regarding the duration the machine was at the office, it was not two months, but rather a period in which back-ordered parts were awaited. Despite the wait, the office extended the option of a loaner rainbow to ensure the consumer had a machine in the interim,which was declined. It is emphasized that the performance of the machine cannot be guaranteed if not used correctly, particularly in terms of water quantity and cleanliness. Inadequate water usage can result in dirt particles passing through the machine to the backup filter, limiting its effectiveness.Ultimately, it is crucial for the consumer to adhere to proper usage guidelines to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of the machine. Company business hours are Monday - Friday 1pm to 8:30pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm and are clearly marked on the Door. The only time we do not have regular business hours is during vendor shows and fairs. 

    In response to the request for a refund after a period of over two years, it is clarified that this option is not feasible. The consumer's contract with the finance company clearly outlines the terms,allowing for cancellation without penalty or obligation within three business days of the purchase date. Continued service on the machine will be provided,but it is underscored that responsibility cannot be assumed for instances of user negligence. Maintaining adherence to the terms outlined in the contract, the focus remains on offering ongoing service for the machine, while emphasizing the importance of user diligence and responsibility in its proper operation.
