    My son car got impounded with them and when I went to get his personal Identification out the vehicle I was told by them that I would have to file an insurance claim for the tow. Help me understand how a company can tell you you can't get your personal items out of the vehicle. They were rude and I have never heard of this before or is this just an Iowa thing. They can just take people's personal belongs and keep them?
