    They are the worst. They did nothing for me the 6 months that I had them to fix my credit. My credit score kept going down every month they called me. I have not see one thing that they tried to dispute. They told me they could help me. They asked if I had a goal, I told them I needed to buy a vehicle. They said that could be accomplished in 6 months. I was able to do more than what they did. I paid them a monthly fee for them to tell me, it takes time. Do not use these people.

    If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My wife racked up some terrible credit previous to our marriage, it was only about $20k but her score was so low that when Heartland called, I listened to the pitch and told her to do it. They gave her a plan to pay almost $500 a month, and they would deal with all creditors. That was 2020, fast forward to today in 2023 and Heartland settled only 2 accounts, the smallest ones at that which totalled a little over $2k....we've paid them over $16k. My bank account was levied 3 times totaling $15k for 2 accounts plus the lawyer fees that were added. We called and canceled this scam of a program today and I paid to have my bank block any attempts they may make to try and continue to pull money as I have seen several reviews stating that after they canceled, the company was still taking their money. So we basically told them to pay off a $584 balance in full using the $1600 that was still in our savings account with them and to refund the rest....highly doubt I'll see that money without a fight. Now I have to negotiate the remaining cards on my own as this company is a complete SCAM!!!! TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, THEY ARE VERY REAL, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HEARTLAND CREDIT RESTORATION, IT WILL COST YOU A LOT MORE MONEY THAN WHAT YOU ACTUALLY OWE TO CREDITORS AND NOTHING WILL BE DONE FOR YOU!!!!
