    Sold $1000 of flowers to my mentally ill wife including an old ***** bicycle. Just asked for a return of the $90 bicycle. "All sales are final. How was i to know she was ill". I said "I will just take it to the dump then. " "well, if you are just going to take it to the dump, I'll take it. " so, she got the ***** bike back to sell to some other sucker....I in out 90 bucks....BTW, my wife was checked into the psych unit a few days later. I can't believe any retail business had a no return policy. This is not a flea market or auction house

    NOTICE!! Do not buy anything from The Farmers Daughter in Hiawatha!!! I bought concord grapes from her. When I got half way done I pulled the grapes out to eat the stragglers and noticed several small bugs and an earwig running around the bottom. When I went and told her she said "So what do you want me to do?" I mentioned refund or replacement she laughed at me and said no. She was uncaring and rude. I had heard she was a jerk and now I know where that came from. Don't buy anything from her because you don't know what surprises might be included. Her customer service skills are very lacking!!

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to visit this store on 8/7/24 and bought FRESH FROM THE GARDEN green beans and a tomato. Went home, put them on my counter and the next day (8/8/24) went to cook them. I noticed they were already molded. I contacted the company who said I needed to call on 8/9/24 and talk to the owner, ********. I called ******** on 8/9/24 at 5:30pm and she told me to stop in on 8/10/24 at ***** to get fresh. I went in on 8/10/24 at 906am and she immediately was rude to me and started to yell at me. She did not give me a new tomato and required me to look at every single green bean and approve of the green beans before she would let me leave her company. I went home and immediately called my credit card company who refunded me 100%. I then left a review and she then proceeded to text my cellphone number harassing me - I told her multiple times to stop texting me or I'd call the police to file a complaint.Please do not shop here - the owner needs a course in customer service and how to run a shop properly. Please read all of the negative reviews on ****** and her ******** page - they are legit!
