    I rented from *** for years. I think hes by far the best landlord *** had. Always fixed anything that was needed to be done in timely manor. Always fair and both apartment and house I rented were nice up kept places!

    Our experience was not the best. The place wasnt clean when we moved in. But it was cheaper than most places. The owner of the property handles business by yelling at his tenants. We were assured there was no history of pests or fleas, etc but one week in, we found evidence of bed bugs/super small blood spots on our bed sheets we had left on the floor overnight. We texted the property manager who is the owners sister and there was no response from her at all as if she was avoiding us but just sent someone to come spray. Not very truthful. They kept a portion of our deposit claiming it was for cleaning fees and burnt out lightbulbs. But my wife is a property manager and a cleaner for an LLC herself and she made sure to leave the place spotless and way cleaner than when we moved in. So in conclusion, the owner will keep a portion of your deposit out of pettiness, not for a just cause. The place also smells like cigarettes because the previous tenant smoked inside. We couldnt tell until a couple of days living there when the smell of the fresh paint and new flooring wore off after they renovated trying to mask the smell.
