      On July 20, 2021 I contracted with Premier Plus to have my roof repaired with the approval of my insurance company after I sustained heavy hail damage. On May 8th we noticed several leaks in our roof 9dining room, 1st floor bath room, and the basement). On May 9th i visited Premier in ********* and spoke with ***** about the issue as he was in the office. ***** informed me the shingles has a 50 year warranty and its likely a craftmanship issue and he would inspect the roof and attic. ***** inspected the roof and attic on May 9th. He stated that the boots around the exhaust pipes were not sealed properly and he would seal them. He said he could not pinpoint the leaks, but only inspected one side of the attic that was accessible from the garage. He did not inspect the other part of the house accessible from the attic.I was referred to the production manager ******. ****** inspected my roof and informed me this was a craftmanship issue. He stated they incorrectly installed the shingles in the valleys and did not properly caulk/seal the boots around the vents causing water to enter. ****** also said its not uncommon to get water in the attic when there is an easterly rain. Please keep in mind i have had my roof replaced twice before due to storm damage and never had any water issues. ****** did inspect both parts of the attic space when coming to this conclusion. I have continues to try to work with Premier on a resolution on this issue without succes. ****** sent me a message on July 23rd if we would be around so that the Des Moines Manager and ***** the owner can stop by. I informed ****** anytime after 4:30 will work. I have yet to hear back from ****** or anyone at Premier.On August 2nd I informed ****** I would contact the BBB and take legal action if needed to resolve this issue and received no replay. All of my efforts to contact them at this point have been ignored. After these attempted repairs i continues to get water in my basement.

      The complaint to Premier ******** from ***** ******* has been resolved.

      Premier Plus's Production Manager, Cerby ******, was assigned this roof repair after receiving notification from ***** *******. Cerby called and texted ***** at ************ on 8/29/24 to set up a time to meet and resolve the issue. ***** was out of town at that time so they set up an appointment for 9/9/24 at 11:00am. Cerby and ***** met on 9/9/24. Cerby inspected the area of concern and completed some additional water proofing steps to stop any leaks that may be happening. The repair was completed on 9/9/24, Cerby then followed up on 9/19/24 via text asking if ***** thought the repairs were complete or if he noticed that there was still a leak. ***** was out of town but responded that he would get back to us if the repair did not work. Cerby then texted ***** again on 11/1/24 to follow up and make sure he was good and there were no more leaks. ***** responded back by text that he did not notice any additional leaks and that he is good.
