Back in March 2024, we purchased a device from ********************** (*** *******) and were told there was a 12 week lead time. After 16 weeks I tried to contact *** and ask about the status of our order. No answer. After several attempts to get a hold of *** with no response, I contacted the main office and asked who his supervisor was. I was directed to ***** ******. After several phone calls and emails, again with no response, I decided to cancel my order. Still no response, so I escalated the message once again. I sent a formal complaint to the CEO ***** ****. That finally prompted ***** to send me a single line email stating he couldn't tell me any thing about my order. If I wanted a refund I would have to speak with **** ********, the companies ***. I have sent two follow up emails to ****, again with no response. All we want to do is cancel our orders from invoice ****** for the D-16 unit and sensor ($2244.03) and invoice ****** for the refurbished sensor ($288.02); totaling a refund of $2532.05 for items never received after 8 months.
