    For the past several weeks, our garbage collection service has been inconsistent and concerning. We are allotted two garbage cans as part of our city-provided service, but on two occasions, the company has only emptied one of our two cans, leaving the other full. There is no reason for thisour cans are placed at the end of our driveway, easily accessible, and contain only permitted waste (no restricted items).Additionally, we have video evidence showing that after emptying our cans, the employees regularly go through our trash in the back of the truck as if searching for something. This happens every week and raises serious concerns about privacy and proper service practices.We attempted to resolve this directly by contacting the company. My husband, *******, called on February 4th, 2025 to address these issues, but we have not received a response. We also reported the issue to our mayor, who is aware of the problem, as this service is included in our city utility bill and we have no choice in *********** this point, we are requesting immediate corrective action:1. Consistent and complete pickup of both garbage cans every scheduled week.2. An explanation as to why employees are going through our garbage after it is collected.3. A response from the company acknowledging these concerns and outlining steps to prevent further issues.If this matter is not resolved, we will escalate our complaint to other relevant authorities. We have video proof of both the missed pickups and employees going through our trash, which we can provide upon request.We expect a response and resolution as soon as possible.Sincerely,**** ******** ************ ******************** *************
