    Matt Beerbower (the owner) was hired to do an exterior renovation on our home after major hail damage. Our roof was done in a timely manner, however after that it was nothing but lies and deceit. We were told siding had been ordered for over 12 weeks and then magically it was out of stock. (All the while other houses in our neighborhood were able to get that color siding) so we had to pick a new color. We waited over 6 months before our siding was actually done. Supply chain issues were not a factor here as we chose white and black both of which have been in stock at all times. When our siding was finally worked on we were lied to and manipulated so that Matt could do things and cheaply as possible as well as not putting up correct jchannel, garage trim, weatherstripping, etc. he chose what he wanted to use and didn’t care that we weren’t happy with it. He lied and said he ordered supplies when he didn’t. And then to cover up issues he lied and would say this color (black trim) doesn’t exist. Scratches & dents from the crew in all the new soffit and facia that’s never been fixed. It’s been since October & our house still isn’t finished, we’re missing gutter parts, house numbers, his substandard work has created eyesore fixes & our unhappiness with the project has fallen on deaf ears. We’re now having to get lawyers involved as he of course wants his money but hasn’t bothered to own up to damage he’s caused our family home. We’ve had other contractors come out and the damage he’s caused is going to cost us $9k plus to fix. Do not trust him. He will lie and manipulate you to make sure he can do things as cheaply as possible no matter how unhappy it makes his customer. Do not recommend at all. Subpar quality work and the owner is the most untrustworthy person we’ve ever met. Take your money and projects to a real contractor. He also has lied about costs and has changed estimate amounts every time we talk to him. Horrible experience with a horrible business owner.

    Hit by a tornado last March and hired Matt Beerbower to make the repairs. Had a heck of a time getting repairs done or done well. More often than not he and his teams did not show up when they were supposed to. Doesn't stand behind his work (or the subs he hired), does not answer messages or keep his word. Made an already stressful situation so much worse and still have outstanding issues (roof has leaked, siding not installed properly and new flooring on porch not installed properly). Says he will take care of issues and does not follow through. Having to hire a different contractor to fix work done by his teams.
