    On 2/24/2003 I placed an order for $65.77 for shirt transfers from Trendy Transfers , I read the instructions on the website on how to press them to the shirts, it gave a temperature, I own a cricut machine which reaches that temperature. Once received I attempted to press them to a flannel shirt, they would not secure fully to the shirt, I attempted again, same problem would not fully attach to the shirt, the transfers ruined both flannel shirts. I contacted Trendy Transfers by e-mail to ask what I was doing wrong, they contacted me back telling me that they don't suggest using a cricut, I stated that was not listed anyplace on the website and to advise what I could do, no response. The transfers graphics are awesome but I have no use for the transfers, due to only owning a cricut, had I known they could not be used I would not have ordered them, I read the instructions first, the wording leads to believe they can be used with a cricut.

    Hello,

    In response to the letter I received regarding complaint number: 19521884.

     

    The pressing instructions on our website clearly state the required amount of pressure to apply our transfers. Which is 8-9 psi, a cricut easy press does not give the amount of pressure required. 

     

    It is manually held down like an iron by the person using it, we don't explicitly state a cricut can't be used because a cricut would never be able to provide 8-9psi. So it's a given, we also don't explicitly state you can't use a hand iron, but again it won't give the necessary pressure needed.

    As you can see from her order (attached), everything was a screenprint transfer.

     

    As shown in the correspondence with ******* in our support ticket system, ****************** was responded to multiple times, which contradicts her statement of receiving no response.
