    I paid for an extended warranty for my vehicle with intellidrive. In the contract, it states that they will fix all of the factory parts on the car, except for seals and gaskets and fluids. After taking my car in for a problem, I was told I needed five thousand dollars in repairs. The shop tried to get ahold of Intellidrive and it took them a week to get back to the shop. They informed the shop that they were only going to pay one thousand dollars of the five thousand dollars needed to fix my car. Intellidrive informed the shop that they could get used parts from a wrecking yard, and my shop will not put those kind of parts on my car. After the shop told me that they would not use these parts. I took my car to d*** ****** ***** to be looked at. I brought my car in on Monday and they contacted intellidrive monday afternoon, and now it's friday, and Intellidrive still haven't got back to dodge about repairs. I have had to cancel over $3000 in repairs because no shop will put on used parts on my car.

    IntelliDrive denied my claim for repairs to my vehicle even though I have an warranty thru the company They said it was due to preexisting conditions but I dont see that in the contract where its denied because of that and to be clear if they were preexisting I wouldnt have purchased the vehicle

    Date of transaction August 29 2023, Paid $4000, Provide a Turnaround Kit for a 1990 Model ************** Drill, ************************* owner of Intellidrive kept saying it was going to be delivered, always had and excuse. Never Delivered. Paid with a credit card. Had bought other parts before and paid with a card no problem, so the company had my card number. When you call this cell number and leave a message you get a text message with a different excuse every time. This is ************************* cell number ************. No one every answers the company phone.
