      On Feb. 22nd 2022 my mother ( now deceased as well) and I chose and paid for a headstone for my brother and myself. As of January 1st 2023 ,the headstone we chose is still not placed. Have spoken to owners of company at least three times since then, and was promised in the beginning it would be set by June first 2022. The second time I spoke to him in September and he promised it would be done by 1st of November . The 3rd time I spoke to him I was told it would be done by Christmas . He promised by Christmas and it still has not done. I have made every attempt by calling him not once has he ever called me to apologize or correct any information or timing for the setting of this headstone which is paid in full. Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.
