Professional, arrived on time, went to work and quickly completed installation. They cleaned up all messes tied to the install and kept me up to date on the progress. 5 starsSelgrade Construction came highly recommended and I see why. They were super responsive, explained exactly how the components they were installing would work, what we would need to do, and what to expect in the future. They were timely, cleaned up after themselves and made sure that we understood how everything worked, what we should monitor ourselves in the future and what do do should we see pressure change. They are certified for doing this and it shows that they really know what they are doing. Highly recommend using them if you are needing to mitigate radon. Two thumbs up!Review fromRon J

Selgrade Construction hooked up my preplumbed Radon system. Timely response from start to finish. Respectful team. Got the work completed quickly, and in my case he readjusted the price lower when they discovered the electric was already in place and hot. Walked me through the completed work and explained the warranty and what to do if system does fail. Much like calling on your family who is in the business.Selgrade Construction Inc

Our experience with Selgrade Construction was terrific, from start to finish. ****** and crew performed radon mitigation for us, at a very reasonable price. They arrived exactly on time, explained to me everything they would do and how it would work. Then, after finishing the job ****** walked me through what they did and explained how the system would work going forward. We are extremely pleased with the work and grateful we discovered Selgrade and chose them to do the mitigation!Selgrade Construction Inc

Excellent from start to finish. Promptly submitted a bid. Clearly explained the process. Arrived on time to do the work. No delays. Completed the work in one day.
