    Hello! This situation with clean slate start on March 8th.I went there to have full treatment of tattoo removal, i paid $945 upfront for all sessions in cash as he requested. We agreed for full treatment till the tattoos removed, i was having plans to do so i needed my tattoo to get it done before my vacation, i went there for only 4 treatments, and everything was fine as it should. I try to schedule an appointment on May 25th with him for the 5th session to get it done, but he said he would be back to me to give me an appointment but he never responded to me again, so next month I text him again and he give an appointment on June 28th and few minutes before the appointment he canceled me and ask me to see him the next day, which he cancel me again that day, then I text him to rescheduled the appointment, we scheduled for July 15th, the date arrived and I wrote to him to confirm and he didn't respond, I went to the business I let him know I was there and he didn't respond, and I sent him a message asking for a refund since It was the 3rd time that he cancel the appointment but he didn't respond to me., and since then i have been trying to get hold of him, but every time i call or text him he doesnt respond to me, i asked him to get me refunded but he also not responding and i couldnt find him in the business.
