    I used the Sears repair department to fix my washing machine. They do not have brick and motor store in my area. The first ********** came on site and had to order two parts, he did not tell me they would be coming to my house. Repair appointment was moved 3 times within 2 days. Second ********** on site and one of the two items was not delivered. He told me he also has to work with the ** platform and he is not sure why it was not delivered. He supposedly ordered the part again. The part was not delivered once again. I tried to escalate my issues/questions with the ** platform, I was informed it would be escalated and I would get something within 3 days. I got nothing! Asked IA chat again and they said they had no record of my complaint. I have called four 800 numbers to reach a live person. I finally found a number on Reddit and got a live agent and begged they not transfer to me to **. After 3 transfers I got an agent and I cried on line and he initiated a credit. I had to return the one part. This was a fiasco, poor customer service and the techs they used were not very helpful. What a nightmare

    I have purchased a Master Agreement from Sears for all my appliances for years this means I don't have to pay for the service. My refrigerator broke I called and after 5 phone calls they sent some one out. He misdiagnose the problem. Ordered the wrong part. He came out twice and did not fix the problem. I called them for a third time to get a repair and they asked me to pay $119.00 Diagnostic fee to fix the problem. The Company do not stand up to there commitment with the Master Plan Agreement. A real rip off! I have called at least 20 times to be put on hold for hours and then be disconnected. When someone does answer they transfer you to another department and then give you another number to call. I finally spoke with some one and they stated that they would send the correct person out. They sent another person asking for $119.00. The customer service is very disheartening and stressful. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years with **********************, Don't purchase a warranty they will not back it up! I am looking to file a class action, I cant be the only one!
