    Violation of Federal Law of No Surprises Act:Our son had a new patient visit and the doctor decided to do labs. I asked where we should go to get them done. The doctor stated they could do them there. Great! Wrong! The nurse came back and told me one of the labs would cost $50 and if I was okay with that. Yes, thank you! Our bill came back three times the cost of a third party lab. When I called the billing department, I notified them my issue with facility price gouging and violation of patient rights to healthcare pricing estimation. They escalated my concern twice and then told me, it's "my responsibility to know my out of pocket deductible." My out of pocket deductible was never the concern. They refused to address my concern until escalated a third time. I was then informed of their website for patient service estimation where I could obtain lab pricing. The labs my son had drawn were not on the website. I informed them they violated patient rights under the Federal Law of No Surprises Act of 2021 and that I would pay as much as the third party lab would have cost and never obtain labs from their clinic again. I was informed once a bill is sent through insurance, it cannot be negotiated which is not true. Their department refused to negotiate a fair price and told me to file a complaint with the ***************************** and the bill will need to be paid in full. As a first time patient, we would never go back if that wasn't the only facility that accepts non-vaccinated children. Do NOT recommend.

    Nothing but love and support from everyone we encountered during 7 day hospital stay+follow up care. Absolutely recommend.

    Dirty hospital rooms. Inept nursing staff..lazy and uncaring. Unorganized. Claims theres no supervisors on duty after hours for complaints. Tossed my personal items in the trash while I was still at the hospital.
