    I contacted this business almost one year to the day, in dire need of teeth replacement. To this day, I still have not received my request. I informed them it was an emergency. And instead of assisting my urgent request, I feel that the exact opposite was done and that it was intentional. I can not eat. I can not speak properly. And the self conscious complex of going in public had taken a severe toll on my life. The lack of efficiency or integrity, whichever is the true excuse for why it takes a year to get emergency replacement teeth needs to be addressed. **** fort just mustier but fort every payment sitting inn that waiting room for a year

    I am rejecting this response because: my company has nothing to do with my medical information. It's basic customer service, managing your patients appointments, and  providing the proper care. The fact that an appointment is scheduled 4 months out , because" that's the earliest available appointment" is a critical concern. This hospital is OBVIOUSLY over booked. And A SOLUTION WOULD BE OPENING SMALLER CLINICS IN FARTHER AWAY TOWNS. NO DENTIST IN MY AREA, 60 MILES AWAY FROM THE UNIVERSITY WILL ACCEPT MY MEDICAL INSURANCE. I GUESS I HAVE TO POINT OUT SOLUTIONS. BECAUSE THE GUY WHO GETS THE BIG FAT PAYCHECK THINKS THAT A PATIENT'S MEDICAL RECORDS HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH HOW TERRIBLE THE SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS AND  EFFICIENCY OF THE VISIT. OPEN CLINICS IN ********************** ********** ********************* ****** ........ IT WILL MAKE EVERYTHING GO SMOOTHER AND NOT TAKE OVER YEAR FOR A PATIENT WITH NO ABILITY TO EAT TO ACTUALLY GET TREATMENT .  CUZ IT'S BEEN. OVER A YEAR SINCE I MADE MY INITIAL VISIT AND I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN THE TREATMENT I REQUESTED. MY BABY APPOINTMENT IS DECEMBER ***** IF PROGRESS IS ACTUALLY MADE I'LL BE SURPRISED. IVE HAD 7 CONSULTATION VISITS... AND ONCE IN ALL THESE APPOINTMENTS JUST ONCE HAD A DENTIST ACTUALLY LOOKED IN MY MOUTH. YOU'VE GOT TO MANY PATIENTS AT THE UNIVERSITY. SPLIT UP THE LOAD TO SMALLER CLINICS AROUND THE AREAS.   DUH
