    ALLEN HOMES, INC. owns ****************** Apartments/condominiums They also are known as ******************, LLC. They have a management business that handles this rental building and her name is ***** and that is all I know. I am leasing a three-bedroom with this company and on August 1st 2023 I moved in, absolutely nothing in the apartment had been cleaned. The carpet in the bedrooms smelled like f**** and urine of a pet of some sort. The ammonia smell was so strong that I made us sick to be in the rooms. The walls have not been painted. there are holes were prior people had hung things up, there was urine in the toilet in one of the bathrooms, the laundry room was dirty. There was still clothes in the dryer. The washer was completely filthy of detergent from previous owners. There was still food in the refrigerator dust all over the ceiling fans, a broken door ****, a hole in one of the closet doors, and none of the filters in the bathrooms, or in the living room had been clean they were completely blackened with dust, yes, the kitchen sink disposable does not work. The lamp over the stove does not work. The sliding door to the balcony is broken. They get a deposit of $2200 from the those who are excepting an apartment there. I have spoken with others that live there, they allowed me to look at their apartment, and they also had a hard time with getting things cleaned and management. I recorded every conversation with her and I videotaped/pictures of the apartment on August 1st. This company needs to pay attention more to the buildings that they owned and also hire a more responsible management team. With arguing with the management to pull the carpets and actually paint the walls was an issue for ***** the manager, however, it did get done but nothing else was cleaned. I have tried calling the manager ********* left many messages. I have text her and I have not had a response we have put nearly $8000 before August 1st.
