    I set up am appointment to meet with this business to look at mattresses that they are advertising for $150.00. I get there & the $150 mattresses are a 3" piece of foam & the other mattresses all go up in price starting with the cheaper mattresses. I was looking for a firm ************ layed on yhe cheaper mattresses until i got up to the $700 priced mattress. I wasnt going to spend anymore than this & their mattresses go up to $1100 or $1200 for the mattress shown in their advertuaemebt on ******** marketplace which is false advertisement as i see it. I purchased the $700 mattress. The owner of the business whis name is ******** loaded a mattress up that was still in the ************* advised me that this was the same mattress but the newer version. My *********** got the mattress home & set up in my bed frame, Bedtime came & i crawled onto this ************t is not the same as the bed i layed on that was firm. This mattress was so soft, i sank diwn in ******* was so ****** soft that it was very difficult to get in & out of. There was no way i could sleep in it. When i purchased the mattress ******** told me that "ALL SALES ARE FINAL!" so here i sit with a mattress that is junk & is not even ***** to being firm like the mattress i thought I was buying. $749.00 tax includrd that i am out of. I messaged ******** about this on ******** Messenger. She read my message & took the Advertisement off of marketplace after i told her i was going to repirt her to the BBB & the ************* Commisioner. All i want us to get my money back niw that ive purchased a much higher qyality mattress at a much lower oruce even.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was not offered a chance to lay on the mattress that ******** the owner loaded into our truck.  When she told me it was the same mattress but the newer version, i never thought anything of it until after i got the mattress home & layed on it.  I did not threaten ******** in any way other than advising her that i would be contacting the better business bereau & federal trade commision as well as leaving her a bad review where i could.   In regards to my review to **********************, this review was for 2 out of 4 pieces of new furniture we purchased that were delivered to us with damage & other workmanship errors. The review was not for the new mattress i purchased.  ******** did not mention let alone offer me the chance to lay on the mattess she loaded into our truck.  If she would have given me the same mattress that i decided to purchase after lying on it, instead of a mattress she said was the same mattress but a newer version, there wouldnt of been any issues what so ever.  Im sorry that she felt that i threatened her because as you can see in my message to her, i dont see anything threatening what so ever in that message. Please correct me ** im wrong.  I am going to contact the state Attorney General about this too, so hopefully they can take care of this.
